Perdue has 13 point lead

Perdue releases poll showing 13 point leadPerdue challenges Moore to 7th debate
Two pieces of exciting news tonight:1) Our new poll shows Bev holding a 13 point lead, 41% - 28%. The survey of 603 likely Democratic voters shows Bev leading in every major media market except Asheville, where Moore advertised by himself on broadcast television for more than two weeks. She leads among whites and blacks, and with both men and women. The poll was conducted by Garin Hart Yang Research Group on March 24-25.2) Bev has challenged Richard Moore to a 7th debate. Here’s what she had to say:“After seeing the sleazy personal attacks in Richard Moore’s most recent ad, I want an opportunity to look him in the eye to confront him with the facts.”“And in order to ensure that both candidates are debating on equal footing with equal information, I call on Richard to release all of the public documents we have requested, some of which include information he has failed to provide for more than eight months.”
Also, while we’re gearing up for early voting and the final stretch to Election Day (including recent endorsements from NC NOW PAC and the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Black Political Caucus), don’t forget that absentee voting has already begun. You can request an absentee ballot by writing to your county Board of Elections by April 29 with the following information:1. Your name2. Address (residence AND address where the ballot should be mailed)3. Party Affiliation4. Date of Birth5. Telephone Number6. Signature
