GAO Report on Use of Seclusion and Restraint

The importance of the attached report from the US Government Accountability Office (GAO) on the use of seclusion and restraint in schools and treatment centers merits a wide distribution.  Also attached are the recommendations from the Alliance for the Prevention of Restraint, Aversive Interventions and Seclusion.
