Join Action for Children North Carolina and Forsyth Futures for a community forum exploring the latest research on:* Best practices for steering youth away from crime;* Sending youth to the adult criminal system;* How to engage youth in the public policy debate; and* The importance of funding for local juvenile justice service programs. Panelists for this Community Forum include: * Senator Linda Garrou, Forsyth County* Sorien K. Schmidt, Senior Vice President, Action for Children North Carolina* Eric Zogry, Juvenile Defender, North Carolina Office of the Juvenile Defender
